The kitchen is truly a dream for anyone who loves cooking or wants to learn to love it. Not only is the kitchen equipped with modern appliances but also invites you to linger at the standing bar.

The villa has its own jacuzzi on the roof and has access to two swimming pools (children's pool and swimming pool).

The over 160m2 surrounding with a beautiful garden invites you to sunbathe and linger. Two in-house gardeners look after the grounds all year round and provide daily irrigation.
